We will provide professional and quality services in protecting and managing water resources for the sustainability of the economy, environment, and quality of life.

In carrying out the following tasks and functions, we pledge to:

• Respond to any complaints and public inquiries through the Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA) regarding water-related issues such as floods, rivers, beaches, and drainage systems within fifteen (15) working days.

• Provide forecast and flood warnings at least two (2) days in advance for river basins where the prediction models are ready, subject to meteorological data, to relevant flood disaster agencies.

• Provide technical reviews for complete Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) applications, land development, and land use conversion for the housing, industrial, commercial, and agricultural sectors within one (1) month.
  
  

Supply hydrological data and information for less than 10 stations and 10 years to customers within seven (7) working days from the date of a complete and accurate request, as follows:

• Data Hujan (Rainfall)

• Data Paras Air (Water level)

• Data Luahan Sungai (Discharge)

• Data Lengkung Luahan (Stage-Discharge Curve)

• Data Sejatan (Evaporation)

• Ensure that the availability of access to the Department's portal is 95%.
